We have placed delegated underwriting authority contracts covering every major class of business for a diverse set of clients in al 5 continents, so we are well equipped to handle the demands of our international clients on a wide range of claim issues.

For our clients:

  • We provide claims handling solutions including notification, investigation, negotiation and settlement.
  • We ensure timely notification of claims and are committed to reducing queries from the outset and thus improve cash flow to our clients.
  • We control the settlement process by direct involvement in settlement negotiations, and manage claims in accordance with the Lloyd’s 2006 Claims Scheme and IUA claims agreement practices as they apply to reinsurance contracts.
  • We are able to use our extensive experience to take on Third Party problematical claims where APG has not been involved in the placement process.
